I am passionate about working with families experiencing life transitions. I enjoy working with kids, adults, couples, and families. My 20 years of experience in health and fitness, along with my training in marriage and family therapy, influence my “mind, body, and spirit” approach to my work.
I am committed to collaborating with people to find the ways of living they desire. I have a special interest in coming alongside families experiencing separation, divorce, and remarriage, and I enjoy facilitating group conversations with kids and families. I have enjoyed providing therapy services in community agency and private practice settings.
